9.5 acre town recreation park. FES is providing engineering services to the landscape architect HBLA. These services included septic design, drainage analysis, and layout and design input on the project. The construction contract has been recently awarded to Bell & Flynn. Anticipated construction completion date, fall of 2007.
FES has been retained by Whitcher Builders to provide a site plan for a 30,000 square foot commercial building off of Route 202A in Strafford. During the Planning Board process Whitcher Builders (whitcher.com) was required to have a drainage analysis and stormwater management plan for the site. FES was able to provide a cost effective plan in a short time frame. The project is currently under construction.
FES provided engineering plans and specifications and oversaw construction for the upgrade of the Town of Kensington’s Parking area across from the Kensington Town Hall. The project involved Federal Aid program and required the plans and specifications be reviewed and approved by the NHDOT. FES’s ability to work closely with the state and obtain approval expeditiously kept the project moving in a timely manner. The project was completed in fall of 2006.
